We're excited you're joining the Hill-Stead family, and we know you'll be excited when you come here too. In case you have any questions when it comes time to redeem your Groupon voucher at the museum's Gift Shop, we've included answers to the most commonly asked questions below.

First: The Fine Print
• Voucher expires December 12, 2012 if purchased in December 2011 (April 8, 2012 if purchased in April 2011)
• Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as a gift
• Valid only for option purchased
• Must activate membership by 12/12/12 if purchased in December 2011 (4/8/12 if purchased in April 2011); membership expires 1 year from activation date.

What can I use my Groupon for?
Your Groupon voucher is good for either one Individual Membership (Groupon cost $25) or one Family Membership (Groupon cost $37).
• Basic Annual Benefits of Membership:
Unlimited complimentary admission to the museum; complimentary or reduced admission to museum programs; 10% discount on purchases in the Museum Shop; subscription to biannual museum newsletter; annual colorful "accordion-fold" calendar of events; monthly/bi-monthly e-mail notices of events.

How do I use my Groupon?
Download Hill-Stead's Membership Brochure (PDF). Bring the completed application and a printout of your Groupon voucher to the Museum Gift Shop. Within two weeks, you will receive your membership card in the mail.

What if I forget my voucher? Can you just look me up?
Unfortunately, without a voucher, we have no way of looking you up, so be sure to remember your voucher!

Is there an expiration date on my Groupon?
Yes – you must activate membership by 12/12/12 if purchased in December 2011 (by 4/8/12 if purchased in April 2011); membership expires 1 year from activation date.
