Hill-Stead welcomes the arrival of spring with its signature two-day gardening and arts & crafts event on May 8 and 9 from 10am to 4pm. More than 70 exhibitors will be on hand to offer beautiful hand-made artisan crafts, a fine selection of unique flowers, perennials, food and entertainment, children’s activities, and noted speakers on lifestyle and gardening subjects. This festive offering is a community favorite. It is traditionally held on the Friday and Saturday before Mother’s Day and takes place rain or shine.

Benefit Dinner Auction
This elegant event, to be held on May 21, takes place under a grand tent on the West Lawn and offers a multi-course dinner with outstanding food and wine. The exceptional silent and live auctions feature fine wines, works of art, exclusive travel opportunities, jewelry, antiques, and entertainment packages. Hill-Stead’s largest fundraiser and signature event, the Dinner Auction has enjoyed a 22-year history of success.
