Celebrate Connecticut’s Gardens
Hill-Stead invites you to enjoy our beloved gardens on CT’s Historic Gardens Day, a special statewide celebration of Connecticut’s stunning historic gardens.
- Garden volunteers will be on-site from 10am to 4pm to answer questions about the Sunken Garden and the Pollinator Garden.
- Talks about the plantings and landscaping will happen at 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm. Garden programming is free.
- Guided tours of the house are available on a first-come, first-served basis with regular admission.
