May Market takes place on May 4 & 5, Saturday and Sunday, 10-4pm

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Hill-Stead Museum’s May Market benefit event.

To ensure a balanced mix of exhibitors, we are taking initial applications through January 15th with a goal of making the majority of our exhibitor selections between January 15th and 31st.

To apply, please:

  • Update us by completing the attached 2019 May Market Exhibitor Application form.
  • Specify your top three booth preferences on the Application. Layouts and rates for all venues are attached.
  • We will review applications between January 15th and January 31st and email notifications and contracts no later than February 5th. Receipt of your payment and signed contract by February 15th will secure your booth space.

Note: Hill-Stead strives to honor the hard work and creativity of artisan exhibitors. We will review “boutique buy-sell” exhibitors carefully, looking for a very limited number whose products complement our artisan exhibitor mix. If you are selling items under an exclusive license, please list your brands.
