Opera Connecticut returns to Hill-Stead’s Makeshift Theater to perform the holiday opera classic “Amahl and the Night Visitors.” This one-act opera by Gian Carlo Menotti tells the story of a young boy named Amahl who sees a star in the sky and is visited by the Three Kings. Approximately 45 minutes long, this story of resilience and discovery of joy in serving others is a bright, inspiring beacon of hope for young and old alike.
